To secure our Vision and this growth - we need to strengthen our team with a highly structured, determined and hands-on IT Operation Manager for our head office in Gothenburg. Sounds exciting?!

YOU WILL

Axel Arigato is looking for an IT Operations Manager who will be responsible for the IT division. You will work closely with the management team to ensure the business has the technical capabilities needed to reach success and drive growth. Axel Arigato are anticipating a 75% growth each year in the next four years, with new Retail Stores as well as new offices in Europe, China, and the U.S.

As IT Operations Manager you will have overall responsibility of ensuring the reliability of all IT operations and you will be a moderator of the IT operations steering group and together develop an ongoing IT roadmap that will shape the future of Axel Arigato.

In this role you will coordinate the development done by our internal team as well with external partners and ensure that our IT related agreements are on par with our strategic goals.

You will take the lead in continuing our journey where we strive for a new modern headless customer experience where we use the best-of-breed approach with both iPaaS and Saas platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the IT team - Have ownership of all aspects of our IT organization
• Ensure reliable 24/7 operations of IT infrastructure as well as standards including but not limited to disaster recovery, security, storage, servers, monitoring, performance, and application systems.
• Responsible of financial management of all IT services in scope
• Develop an IT roadmap and architecture to ensure our IT environment is delivering maximum value, is able to scale and adapt for the future, and is built in an efficient manner.
• Take the lead in continuing the journey where Axel Arigato strive for a new modern headless customer experience where we use the best-of-breed approach with both iPaaS and Saas.

YOU ARE

This position requires a demonstrated ability to act autonomously with ability to see the whole picture as well as being able to focus into the details when needed. You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and you remain neutral towards technology, vendor and product choices.

We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT service delivery area including 2-years managing IT services & professionals across a diverse geographical and cultural spread.

Additional requirements:

• Expertise in planning, budgeting and implementation of company-wide IT initiatives
• Understanding of how to design and implement a modern IT environment
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
• Experience in mapping business capabilities and processes
• Be a collaborative, strategic thinker, who leads with honesty and transparency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to influence internal and external parties

Nice to have:

• Experience in integration orchestration
• Experience in cloud infrastructure
• Managing application development
• Previous experience in using iPaaS and SaaS solutions
