Our offer
The position as IOM gives you the opportunity to work both strategically and hands-on. You will be managing the full IT Operations for Doro. You will advise on long-term IT strategy and work with short-term practical issues. You will be responsible for the delivery of reliable and cost-effective IT services according to Doro’s IT governance framework, ensuring that availability, security, and quality are maintained at all times.

You will work from our bright, spacious office close to the Central Station in Malmö with many places to go for lunch, close to shopping and gyms. However, during the pandemic, we mostly work from home and do most of our meetings over Teams.
About the position
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Continuously develop and implement a long-term roadmap for IT operations at Doro. Responsible for planning, forecasting, and keeping an overall good cost control.
• Ensuring systems and services are maintained and continuously improved according to business requirements, improvement plans, and non-conformities, very that the company’s service governance framework and ISO compliance standards are met.
• Ensuring that agreed KPI’s, SLA’s and other targets are measured and followed. Identify, assess, and manage IT- and operational risks.
• Supporting system owners to ensure IT governance processes align with organizational goals. Building strong relationships across all stakeholders and align IT Operations strategy.
• Identity & Access Management including issuing and controlling the ID and access cards
• Recruit potential future direct reports and executing leadership, communication, coordination, delegation, appraisals, target settings, and securing correct competencies.

In this role, it is important that you are energetic and self-motivated. You also need to be analytical, well-organized with a strong passion for IT. Above all, you must have an urge to facilitate and help your colleagues by providing extraordinary IT management and IT support.
You are a good communicator, verbally and in writing. We assume you are fully fluent in at least one Scandinavian language as well we English. Additional languages such as German or French are positive. Your internal customers/colleagues are working in the Nordic countries, France, the UK, and Germany. The role includes traveling to these countries at times.
The position requires knowledge of IT governance combined with project management and leadership skills. The perfect candidate has a combination of several or all of the below skills:
• Strong technical skills including standard IT environments like MS Windows (domain, network, server, clients), MS Exchange, MS Office 365 / Azure, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, MS Active Directory
• Knowledge and experience of ISO standards, IT security frameworks, IT services governance, ITIL, GDPR
• Ability to set targets and budgets, good costs- and financial awareness.
• Passion for helping colleagues and customers alike including problem-solving and decision making.
• Strong team player with high integrity.
• Strategic management and leadership skills.
• Experience from MS Dynamics NAV, QlickView, Cloud-based solutions, AWS, Adobe Suite, AARO, Cognos, Jeeves, AD Manager, JIRA, GIT, Programming
Qualifications – You should:
• Have a relevant university degree
• Have at least 5 years of multifaceted IT leadership and management experience
• Have experience in ITSM and ITIL certification
• Have Microsoft Certification (MS Certified Professional Administrator, MS 365)
• Experience supporting a hybrid organization with a combination of cloud and on-premises hosting
• Ability to communicate and share ideas with audiences at varying levels and of different background
• An understanding of the challenges faced by cross-geo teams and a desire to solve them.
