IT Operations Specialist

We are currently hiring an IT Operations Specialist to join our office in Uppsala, Sweden.


Viedoc has a game-changing eClinical suite that is designed to accelerate clinical trials and advance the development of drugs and medical devices by offering the latest in technology to streamline the electronic data capture process. Job description


As an IT Operations Specialist you will be an important part keeping the business running.
You will perform internal user support in Office 365 and Azure. Handle cases in our ticketing system. Install windows clients, servers (Azure) and make sure they are up to date with security patches.
Work with releases of our product and monitor the system.
We are meticulous with our documentation so it should not come as a surprise that we spend time to keep it up to date.
You will be sharing on-call duty with the IT Ops team.


· At least 3 years of experience of IT-support.
· Good knowledge of networking.
· Good knowledge in Azure AD and Office 365.
· Knowledge of Intune is not a must but an advantage.
· Since the office language is English, you must be accustomed to speaking and write in English.
