IT Operations Specialist - Acne Studios

You will be involved in supporting several parts of the organization during our digitalization, through developing, optimizing, and improving our operation's structure and processes.

About the role

Your primary responsibility will include supporting, managing, monitoring, and evolving our IT environment which is used across offices, stores, and warehouses operations worldwide.

On a daily basis, you will be engaged in cross-department projects, handle the second-level incident and problem management, analyze and monitor our hybrid cloud IT infrastructure, handle procurements and evaluations of new IT services and tools, perform hands-on and remote fixes but also continuously work with improvement of our DevOps and cloud-first & mobility first strategy that supports our business.

This position will be based at Acne Studios’ headquarters in central Stockholm.

Requirements

- Managing and supporting an IT hybrid environment, on-premises private cloud computing as well as cloud-native compute infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and related services such as, but not limited to, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, etc.

- Data communication solutions, security appliances, and networking services
- Microsoft products and environments of servers, platforms, infrastructure, security & governance, and related line of business services
- VMware virtualization, Ms SQL, and PowerShell scripting
- Modern ITSM and ITIL processes and techniques
- Routines and tooling for monitoring and capacity management


It´s a plus if you have knowledge within Azure DevOps tooling, ITSM tooling (like ServiceNow), and experience from working in the retail and/or fashion industry.
