About the Role

Storytel is looking for an IT Operations Technician who will be based in Stockholm at our headquarter, located at Riddarholmen. As an IT Operations Technician, you will be part of our Enterprise IT team and be responsible for a wide variety of areas in our digital workplace.

Your main responsibility will be to manage and improve many of our cloud-based applications (aka SaaS) in terms of security, configuration, and user and data lifecycle management.

We rely heavily on cloud-based services and you will have the opportunity to work with the latest technology.

You will contribute to designing modern and secure infrastructure solutions, support processes, and implement smart IT-solutions that make Storytel an even better place to work.

You will also assist the Storytel internal end-users by providing “hands-on” technical support and end-user training within our client and mobile hardware platform, meeting room technology, infrastructure functions, and the various applications that are essential to Storytel.

- You will work closely with our global system administrator and various system owners within the company to design, configure, implement, maintain and promote a variety of internally facing applications, including our global systems such as Google Workspace (G Suite) and Slack
- Assist in the maintenance and rollout of new applications and their integrations, including product enhancement and product upgrades
- Document procedures, policies, technical and end-user instructions, and security practices
- You will perform application risk assessments and develop risk maps to ensure users and data are protected
- You will support our end-users with their IT-incidents, computer configuration issues and helping them to work smart and efficiently with their equipment and applications
- You will hold training sessions, produce training materials, and communicate with the organization, informing them of new features, tips & trix, and IT-incidents.
- You will scan the market, network with others in similar roles and contribute to making roadmaps for Storytels future IT environments


About You

To be successful in this role we believe that you

Are experienced with administering SaaS, PaaS, and ITSM applications and services. Such as Google Workspace, Office 365, and Slack

️Are experienced in administering client management systems such as Jamf and Intune

️Are highly service-minded and experienced in end-user technical support, preferably in MacOS environments

Are familiar with SSO technologies such as Google SSO, Okta, and Azure

🇧Excellent at writing and speaking English and Swedish

And for some bonus points:

- You have some experience in infrastructure solutions such as networking, VPN, print, and wifi
- You care about the security of our systems and can foster a culture of enabling users and encouraging compliance with policies
- You are self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
- In this role, you are organized and analytical, adept at working in a high-performing team environment, able to follow a project schedule, have a continuous improvement mindset, and are capable of managing multiple priorities concurrently
