IT Portfolio Controller

Are you looking for an exciting role where you will coordinate the reporting and financial follow-up of one of Sweden’s most challenging and complex program portfolios?
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- Support with monitoring and reporting of Swedbank’s Enterprise Portfolio on regular basis to Senior Management with focus on portfolio performance and financial follow-up
- Support with providing a complete overview of both IT Maintenance and Development costs across the bank’s different group functions and business areas
- Support in setting up clear OKR structures to track portfolio performance and outcomes
- Coordinate forums and collaborate with local CFOs
- Plan quarterly follow-ups with relevant business units for reporting and discuss potential re-prioritizations and budget/capacity re-allocations between portfolios
- Together with other central functions, evaluate and improve the digital systems supporting time reporting and financial follow-up
- Take ownership and be responsible for the financial dashboards in QlikSense and other tools used by the Enterprise PMO
- Support creation of Business cases for new initiatives as well as follow-up of value realization for already ongoing ones


What is needed in this role:
- Have an Academic degree within economics, business management or equivalent
- Have more than 3 years of work experience from Business or Project Controlling or other similar functions
- Have good Excel knowledge
- Experience working with JIRA and QlikSense is a plus
- Experience within SAFe is a plus
- You are fluent in English
- You are structured with strong analytical and planning skills
- You are a quick learner with great interpersonal skills
- You are focused, open minded and straightforward
