We’re now looking for an IT Process and Business Developer to join our Strategy and Business Support team. About your new team
Our main mission is to support and coach the SITS organization – aiming to enable self-organizing and agile teams. This is done in a constantly changing environment with new technologies emerging every day. As a result, challenges, innovation, and problem solving are all part of our culture. What’s your role?
You drive continuous improvements of our ways of working and implement value adding processes in cooperation with our service delivery organizations. As an example, we recently implemented Service Now as our main ITSM platform. You also work with business and process development and service management, making the team perform at their best and making sure that we use our tools in the most beneficial way. In this role, you have the possibility to vary your workdays by taking part in different activities such as audits, stakeholder surveys, council and board representation and quality management.
Your job also includes:
Driving and/or participating in development activities to improve SITS
Driving cross department collaboration and communities with focus on good stakeholder relations.
Improving reporting and compliancy to fit self-organizing teams and an agile organization
This position gives you the flexibility to choose your own working location within Sweden, although regular presence at our site in Sandviken is needed post Covid-19 to maintain strong personal networks and smooth collaboration.
What you need to succeed
To really thrive in this role, you’re a curious team player with a passion for improvements and an inclusive, responsive and cooperative personality. Pair that with a customer centric can-do attitude and the following experience and knowledge, and you’re good to go:
Solid work experience within a relevant IT field – agile methods is beneficial
Knowledge within business and process development, or service management
Experience from stakeholder management
University degree in Business Development, Service Management or similar
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal – while Swedish skills is a big plus
