We are looking for an IT Process Leader to join our Qualification Services team supporting the growth and efficiency objectives for the department. You will support IT programs/projects that improve operational efficiency and consistency across the department and support continued growth in our product lines. You will also be responsible for effective engagement and communications with internal and external partners, with a special focus on IT system process alignment within department but also with other departments.
Alignment will be needed with IT systems used across Cytiva and in this role it is expected also to understand IT landscape of our department. The Process Leader will be a critical and strategic thinker in establishing project priorities across cross-functional teams. A successful candidate for this position will have a track record of achieving operational effectiveness, driving transparency, and working closely with cross-functional teams and business leaders. What you’ll do
Work together with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on defining or improving existing IT processes.
Act as a change leader, proactively collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.
Align processes used with IT systems within department and also when needed cross-functionally
Prepare, maintain, and present monthly program/projects updates, action plans, and status reports for leadership reviews together with business lead.
Drive technical requirements from design to delivery in collaboration with Product owners and IT.
Work demonstrating DBS methods & attitude.
Who you are
Bachelors or Master's degree in Computers, Engineering, Science, Business Administration or other related field.
3+ years experience of working with process alignment and improvements, for example in support role, expert role or team leader role
3+ years experience in IT projects as Subject Matter Expert, business stakeholder or similar.
Experienced of complex IT landscapes with multiple dependencies.
Continuous innovation, process improvement, and adaptability skills
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously, strong matrix & teamworking skills in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into requirements.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Desired:
Proven change management skills and demonstrated leadership of cross-functional initiatives
Experience of IT projects for SFDC, Magic etc
Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility in communication style, familiarity with diverse cultural approaches. Strong intercultural awareness. Proven ability to work globally
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of internal partners
