We are adapting our current IT landscape to support this vision and are looking for an IT Product Manager to help us drive this journey forward.
You will be part of our Collaboration & Productivity portfolio team within Group Digital Workplace.
A successful candidate has the ability to learn fast and adapt quickly to changes. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of business oriented and technical skills. As a Product Manager for our Intranet you also need to be able to communicate in an excellent way, have skills in stakeholders management and enjoy collaboration.
Your main tasks:
As Product Manager you will manage the Internal Communication Solutions, mainly our Intranet and mail distribution solution, however this might grow moving forward as we are evolving continuously. You will work in close collaboration with our Corporate Communications organization with different stakeholders centrally and regionally.
Another key area is to work close with vendors and partners to ensure an efficient delivery on the solutions. As a Product Manager at Electrolux, you feel comfortable interacting to end users within all areas of the company and you will be the internal go to person for the solutions within your scope.
· Manage the Intranet within Electrolux on a Group level
· Manage communication to the Electrolux community on Intranet related topics together with Corporate Communications
· Prioritize, and maintain activities balancing roadmap items with operational activities
· Predict potential problems and mitigate risks or issues together with the team.
· Understand and follow metrics, KPIs and performance.
· Strategic planning and roadmap execution
· Product Life Cycle Management and vendor related activities
· Supplier management and contract negotiations together with Vendor management
· Ensure customer satisfaction and great end user experiences
· Extensively understand best practices and work closely with our vendors understanding roadmaps and new features
Qualifications:
You enjoy working in a dynamic environment where changes happen fast. You have gained knowledge in SharePoint and Office 365 related products and preferably also have managed Intranet solutions before. You show a strong willingness to learn, have an agile mindset and is leading yourself and others. You also find your way around a matrix organization to get things done.
In addition, we are looking for someone who has:
· University degree
· Fluent English written and spoken
· Leadership skills, capability to drive and motivate oneself and teams
· Ability to drive change through innovation & process improvement
· Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability
· Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
· Professional & concise communication
