The essence of the role
At Sinch we are on a journey to enhance our collaboration solutions portfolio to create seamless and integrated experiences for Sinch colleagues worldwide. We are seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned IT Product Manager to lead this area forward, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, to craft exceptional solutions.
This role is perfect if you thrive on rapid learning and adapt seamlessly to the dynamic nature of this field. You should encompass a blend of business acumen and technical prowess, coupled with exceptional communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
You will be the driving force behind our internal collaboration and communication solutions such as Slack, Teams, SharePoint and more. Collaborating closely with teams from internal communications, product and engineering to procurement, you'll strategize, implement, spearhead adoption efforts. Managing licenses, coordinating with vendors and partners, and ensuring efficient solution delivery will all be in a day's work.
As our IT Product Manager, you will:
Craft strategic plans, including product life cycle management, prioritize roadmap items and balance those with more operational activities.
Be the bridge that connects Sinchers with solutions updates, news, releases, and platforms changes.
Embrace ownership of agreed metrics, KPIs and security concerns.
Navigating vendor management, including contract negotiations together with our procurement organization for efficient licensing and meaningful cost/value contributions.
Elevate user experience and satisfaction by immersing yourself in platform best practices. Your insight will steer us toward exceptional solutions and remarkable experiences.

You will be a valuable member of the Digital Workspace and Infrastructure team and report to the Head of the unit. This role is based in Stockholm and offers a hybrid work model.

A university degree.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
