The delivery of GFSS IT solution is part of a team called Finance IT Supply, within Internet Business Platform at Sandvik IT. Finance IT Supply comprises more than 20 applications that all support different parts of Sandvik's financial processes. Our teams main objective is to deliver on quality and service levels in accordance with customer expectations. We are now looking for an IT Production Coordinator, located in Sandviken, with good technical understanding and a high degree of customer focus. Welcome to a dynamic workplace!
Job Summary
As an IT Production Coordinator you are responsible for leading, planning and carrying out daily operations, as well as supporting co-workers and communicating with a large number of stakeholders, in order to ensure that targets for service levels and customer satisfaction are being met. Prioritizing, coordinating and leading assignments are part of your daily work, as is receiving and planning for new assignments as they surface. You report and escalate issues that might have impact on the solution, as well as risks that can´t be resolved in production. Implementing and sustaining best practices and the ways of working as stated in policies and guidelines are important areas for this position. You also plan and allocate production capacity and ensure creation and maintenance of documentation. In addition, you follow up on production metrics (e.g., cost, budget, capacity), report to customers and represent the team in different forums.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor´s within IT or equivalent experience. You have at least three years of experience in coordination and/or project management, and certification in ITIL Foundation is preferred for this position. As we act in a global environment, your communication skills in English are great, both verbally and in writing, while knowledge of Swedish is advantageous.
