Sandvik IT Global Shared Services (GSS) is a support function with the mission of meeting the IT needs of Sandvik's business globally. This is done in an international environment, with various areas of responsibility, such as IT architecture, management systems, process development, IT security and IT support. Today, about 850 people in approximately 40 countries work in IT Global Shared Services at Sandvik. We serve the whole company with IT infrastructure, systems and business critical solutions with a single focus in mind - it just has to work.

System administrators, developers, project managers and communicators, all with different backgrounds and experience, make up our team today. The department for M3/System21 Project Services is responsible for delivering M3/System ERP solutions to the whole company. We are now looking for an IT Production Coordinator for ERP projects with a high degree of customer focus. Welcome to a dynamic workplace!

The location for this position is flexible within Europe.

Job Summary
As an IT Production Coordinator you lead, plan and carry out project services delivered and offered by M3/System21 Competence Center, and you ensure that targets are being met for delivery on time and on budget. You prioritize, coordinate and lead assignments and projects, escalate critical issues and risks that cannot be resolved in production and plan and allocate production capacity. Receiving and planning for new objects to be included in daily operations and production environment, and implementing and sustaining best practices and ways of working in accordance with policies and guidelines are part of your daily work. In addition, you ensure creation and maintenance of documentation, follow up production metrics (e.g. cost, budget and capacity) and contribute to the development of methods and processes.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor´s in IT or equivalent experience. You have at least five years of experience coordinating IT delivery for complex ERP projects, great Sandvik business understanding and excellent knowledge of implementing Infor M3 and/or Infor S21 ERP software. Knowledge of project management, availability management, capacity management, configuration management and asset management is advantageous, as is experience in continual service improvements and certification in ITIL Foundation. As we act in a global setting, your communication skills in English must be excellent, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of Swedish and German is advantageous.
