As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for providing project methodology to secure a cost efficient SAP implementation with high quality.You will also be responsible for initializing the local implementation projects at Ericsson Market Units.Coordinating activities between the different implementation projects within the larger implementation program will also be one of your responsibilities.To enable the delivery of project results in a timely and cost efficient way, your ability to manage people to achieve common targets, including allocation of right resources, will be vital.You must be able to travel on a regular basis.Competence Qualification (formal education needed): .Academic degree or corresponding competence with emphasis on Information Technology and/or Business Operation .Minimum 3 years experience working with SAP Solution implementation .Fluent in English Requested competence: .Proven ability to meet committed targets - you need to be proactive and have the ability to prioritize and focus .Proven ability to inspire, empower and coach .Good communication skills - verbal and written For this recruitment, we are cooperating with Elan IT ReSource, part of the Manpower group.The selection and interview process is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as it is ready - do not wait until the cut-off date.
