We are looking for a driven person to join our small and senior Programs & Processes team, residing in the CIO Office department. Securing progress in our most important strategic initiatives is critical for Telenor as it supports us on our journey towards the ambition of being a digital telco and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who really want to make a difference.

What you’ll do

You will be managing several of our strategic programs and/or projects within the IT division which, among other things, include target setting, follow-up, delivery and stakeholder management. Since the programs can involve all parts of the company, you’ll collaborate extensively with other Telenor Sweden divisions as well as our Group representatives and other Nordic Business Units. With a wide variety of programs, you need to be able to quickly understand key elements of each project, including technical matters.

You’ll also be responsible for developing our project model together with current program managers. As we are working in an agile setting, we need to continuously improve our project model to ensure compliance both to our business and regulatory needs.

Who you are
* Relevant academic degree in telecom/data/IT, or other equivalent work experience
* Hands-on experience in IT Project and/or Program management
* Proven record of managing stakeholders at different levels
* ITIL experience is meriting

You possess great drive and commitment, enjoy working in an ever-changing environment and you always keep up to date with main development in IT and telecom. This job requires high security awareness, integrity and ethics and ability to keep a good dialogue with various stakeholders on different levels throughout the company.
