IT Program Manager

Welcome to a unique opportunity as an IT Program Manager at ETT, where you'll play a pivotal role in the Northvolt Expansion Program's Phase 2. Your responsibilities will include overseeing project coordination and implementation, driving initiatives to enhance business processes and Ways of working for the IT Network Team and Northvolt, and ensuring seamless operations.
As the IT Program Manager, you will pioneer the development of a Blueprint for IT Program Management at Northvolt. Collaborating closely with the IT Leadership team, you'll contribute to the establishment of a robust strategy and operational model.
Your role extends to providing essential support to dependent teams at ETT, offering a comprehensive roadmap for activities and deliverables across all IT Infrastructure Projects throughout the Expansion program's life cycle.
In this dynamic environment, you will liaise with multiple 3rd party contractors handling the Design scope, ensuring a smooth handover to various suppliers for the actual installation of the IT Network scope, including Physical Security Systems. Your role will be crucial in delivering accurate information in a timely manner and coordinating high-level IT deliverables with Northvolt Business Partners and internal stakeholders. The IT Program Manager will also off-load the IT Project Managers for the following topics:
Commercial coordination - Liaising with the Commercial team for contractual questions or issues and providing feedback to the IT PM on appropriate actions to take.
Budget - Liaise with Business controllers and bring clarity on budget and funding for the IT scope related to the Expansion Program.
Purchasing – work with the Purchasing department to bring clarity on large orders for the expansion program and/or any process changes required as an improvement effort.
Liaise with Construction and or other dependent departments e.g. Electrical for coordination and clarification of overall activities with dependencies to IT Network scope.
Provide Project Status updates for the entire scope of IT Deliverables for all Expansion projects at ETT.

Skills & Requirements
Qualifications:
Master of Science in Engineering or Management
10+ years of Program and or Project Management within the IT Sector
Project Management Certifications
Fluent in English
Documentation capabilities

Specific skills
Experience working with 3rd party contractors in major projects
Experience working in a multicultural environment
