IT-Project Coordinator / Intern

Northvolt has an exciting opportunity for an IT Project Coordinator/Intern to join our passionate team.

The scope of the job includes primarily in coordinating technology projects and project plans.

You will be part of a team helping building world class solutions - and you will be a part of it from the very start of our journey.

We believe that the ideal candidate has a strong ability to ask questions, detect unstated assumptions and resolve conflicts.

Preferably you have a Technical/IT background and have some exposure to project management, planning and tools.

You have the ability to quickly develop good working relationships with both IT and business teams. You can recognize risks that directly impacts the likelihood of success and address them correctly and help find mitigations.

Travel to various project sites (eg Västerås, Skellefteå) will be required for securing project deliveries.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create & manage project plans and schedules
- Monitor and manage project scope, tasks and timelines
- Monitor and proactively minimize risks

Manage all documentation

Work with multiple projects simultaneously

Foster partnership with delivery team and other stakeholders


Full time employment, fixed salary.
Planned starting date is asap.
Education/Experience

-
Around 1 year of project coordination experience in IT or other technical role requiring some planning and coordination skills

Certifications in project management is an advantage

Great administrative abilities


Specific Skills/Abilities:

- Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus

Experience with Jira and confluence preferred
