The company is growing steadily and has tripled in size over the last 5 years. This year we’ll help more than a million women have a more comfortable day. We plan to continue growing at this rate and rid the world of painful and uncomfortable bras. To accomplish this, we will need fantastic IT-systems and procedures. We try to handle most things in-house, from design and sewing to marketing and logistics. We’re a small but fairly complex multinational organisation with very experienced and skilled colleagues performing a varied range of tasks. Our IT-systems are a crucial part of our ability to produce such high-quality products at volume, sustainably. We keep our systems current and work hard at continuously improving and developing the tools that make our colleagues’ jobs a little easier.
Miss Mary employs approximately 150 staff and is run predominantly by women. From upper management and down, in total nearly 97% of us are women. We have offices in Tallinn, Estonia and Borås, Sweden. As Project Manager you will be located at our office in Borås and report to our CIO.
About the position
The manager will be responsible for planning, managing implementation and reporting of small and large, mainly it-related, projects. "Small Projects" may include things such as internal service changes and implementing new services and procedures, as well as overseeing integration projects which often include several external providers and partners. Larger projects include implementation of organisation wide changes of systems or procedures. The project manager will be responsible for traditional PM tasks such as documentation of requirements, keeping stakeholders’ requirements in focus, planning, reporting, analysis and support of trainings and UATs. You’ll manage projects in all departments of the group and work primarily with product owners, external consultants and suppliers but also with our in-house IT Department consisting of 4 persons.

You do your best to solve problems yourself but don’t mind asking for help or giving it. We are looking for a person with an interest in IT but a love for projects.
