Then this might be your chance to join Vattenfall IT as our team of IT Project Managers (YIFPM) is eager to grow with two more IT Project Managers!
Your position
As an IT Project Manager you will lead projects of various natures, complexity and sizes through the whole of the Vattenfall Group. Supporting new apps for R&D to improve the CRM systems, business specific applications and data center transformations are in scope for this role. You will also be part of complex transformation projects within the nuclear domain to create a more consolidated, stable, efficient and secure IT environment and way of working. With the support of the Project Management Office team, our IT Project Managers lead multidisciplinary and international teams and contribute directly to Vattenfall strategy. You will be a part of a great team consisting of both internal and external employees, located in Sweden. The team cooperates closely with colleagues in The Netherlands, Germany and Poland.
Main tasks and responsibilities as a IT Project Manager:
Grasp a project value, timeframe and deliverables; understand your customer requirements, and translate these into clear IT requirements
Plan, execute, follow-up, and deliver projects according to or above customer expectations
Coordinate interactions with different stakeholders (Business Units, Security Organisations, Solution Architects, other IT departments, external providers, etc)
Understand and use the Vattenfall IT tools and ways of working and ensure adherence to Vattenfall standards and instructions
Coordinate international teams of project resources, actively bridging cultural differences
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who:
Have an academic degree in IT or relevant field and 4-7 years of experience from leading IT projects
Have a genuine interest and general knowledge in IT
A genuine interest in the energy business and its current developments
Have experience from leading Transformation IT Projects (meritorious)
Have a proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Are fluent in both Swedish and English (writing/speaking)
A relevant certification (IPMA, Prince2, PMP etc.) is desirable
To thrive in this role we believe that you are a naturally strong leader as well as a structured, driven and organized team-player with good communication skills and a problem solving mindset. You have the ability to work independently and build relationships with other project resources and stakeholders on different levels. You feel comfortable in sharing your ideas, as well as being challenged in them. Furthermore you value and apply the Vattenfall leadership skills: Clear, Visible and Courageous in your everyday work.

Location
Solna. Some travel to other Vattenfall sites as well as international travel is required.
