IT Project Manager

In the position, you will have a close cooperation with all parts of our IS/IT organization as well as Business stakeholders. This position has visibility across the organization and interacts globally with affiliates and stakeholder departments. You will together with the IT Leadership plan and prioritize the Architecture Road map, lead projects, and together make sure IT supports the business requirements.

Responsibilities
In the position, you will have a close cooperation with all parts of our IS/IT organization as well as Business stakeholders. This position has visibility across the organization and interacts globally with affiliates and stakeholder departments. You will together with the IT Leadership plan and prioritize the Architecture Road map, lead projects, and together make sure IT supports the business requirements.


Lead and manage IT projects and activities to ensure successful upgrade/implementation and roll-out of selected technical solutions.
Lead and manage pre-studies / requirement gathering to ensure high quality architecture / strategies are developed before project start.
Assist in developing governance, for example Sobi Project Implementation tools and setting up of governance organizations in the IT organization.
Participate in supplier evaluations and negotiations.
Act as a partner to the business in project/Technical/system related discussions
Participate/report to the IT Leadership team, which is the overarching prioritization body for IT projects at Sobi.


Qualifications


•                    Experience in Project Management; agile, scrum, traditional and understanding of PMO processes.
•                    Experience and a great interest in Azure, M365, Infrastructure, Cyber Security, Systems & Software Hands on
•                    IT is considered a plus with experience of IT, Application & Business Process architecture.
•                    Experience from ITIL and/or ServiceNow is considered a plus.
•                    University education in relevant area or similar experience for this position
•                    Fluent in English in written and spoken, Swedish is meriting.
