IT Project Manager at Fujitsu

On behalf of our client Fujitsu, we are looking for an IT Project Manager to work with Transport Systems for one of their customers in Gothenburg, on a 1.5-year project.
The assignment will be carried out from 16 January 2023 – 30 June 2024 with the possibility to extend until 31 December 2024. This is a full-time role.


Description
As the project manager you will be responsible for an ongoing project and a comprehensive upgrade of the transport management system.

Your role responsibilities: Operational management of the project's IT resources
Develop project goals and schedules based on impact goals and overall schedule
Follow up the non-functional requirements / quality requirements / IT requirements
Staff planning
Distribution and prioritization of resources and work
Follow-up and reporting
Dialogue with clients, users, and suppliers

We expect you to have: Project management experience
Solid experience in integration projects
Experience in infrastructure and application landscape
Good documentation skills
Good communication skills
An ability to lead technical teams
Experience with agile development methods
Very good experience in planning, testing, adaptation, upgrading and roll-out of IT systems in complex organizations
Knowledge of product and article structures
Good experience of solutions regarding agreements, orders, assignments, invoicing
Good understanding of flows and processes
English and Swedish language skills


It is a plus if you have: Experience in logistics/transport operations
Experience in the waste industry
At least 8 years of experience in IT project management
The ability to organize, follow up and communicate
