About the role
As IT Project Manager Digitalisation you will be part of IT`s Customer Facing Systems (CFS) group group where you will be an important contributor. The main task´s for the role is to lead and coordinate the development of Ålö’s customer facing applications with specific focus on Product Information Management (PIM) and Ålö´s newly launched Customer Portal. You will establish development plans in the form of release plans and roadmaps based on the wishes of our customers, Ålö's organization and own experience and knowledge. You will also ensure high end SLA and excellent support for CFS portfolio.
Other tasks included in the role:
- Technical support to our E-Commerce manager and Manager CFS.
- Through KPI analysis and follow-up ensure a high availability of CFS solutions for PIM.
- Responsibility for developing the basis for the yearly CFS budget for PIM collaboration with the departments, monitoring costs and approving invoices for CFS projects.
- Responsibility for actively seeking out and supporting the subsidiaries and departments. You are responsible for conducting a dialogue with the departments and obtaining knowledge of their operations and needs to make your work more efficient.
The position is permanent and placed in Brännland with the possibility to work 2 days a week from home.
Your profile
You should have a master’s degree within relevant area or similar knowledge and experience from project management of IT projects following defined release plans or similar. We expect that you have at least a couple of years of documented experience in process analysis and implementation of improvement solutions in the form of roadmaps/release plans.
It is beneficial if you have experience from leadership based on your own knowledge, commitment, presence, and ability to inspire colleagues and project staff. Since the role involves many contacts both internally and externally, it is very important that you have good communication and collaboration skills. You have good English in writing and speech.
