IT Project Manager - Gothenburg

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who is experienced in running and managing program/projects in global and complex organizations.

What you'll do:
● Manage and update the overall digital services roadmap in close collaboration with lead business analysts, manage scope as well as any change from approved scope and time plan.
● Progress monitoring, reporting and risk management of ongoing projects (incl understanding and clarifying dependencies to other projects) on a continuous basis.
● Be the single point of contact with INGKA IT, IBM IT and business operation to secure a simple and clear connectivity.
● Make sure that all deliveries are documented and communicated for an easy delivery to BAU teams and Secure User Accesses for all in scope applications.
● Communicate with project teams, Program Manager, steering group and other stakeholders in the organization and outside.
Who you are:
● Have understanding of business needs and commitment to delivering high-quality, prompt and efficient service to the business.
● Extensive understanding of critical program/project management techniques and an ability to motivate and lead team members is needed.
● Experience from running and managing program/projects in global and complex organizations is an advantage.
● Understand the impact on the IT environment when implementing security solutions and know IT security and login solutions.
● Solid experience of IT projects and service operations and application management.
