Beskrivning:Background: Project Nordic Product Standardisation is currently in pre-study phase and about to enter design phase, it aims to replace the current country local product portfolios with one Nordic product portfolio.
Currently PostNord does not have a harmonized IT landscape supporting production in all countries, this means that the new Nordic product portfolio needs to be implemented in the current system setup supporting each country.
1. Denomination of assignment – IT Project Manager
2. Content and extent of assignment
Lead and deliver the IT parts of the project including budget needs.
Create and drive Epics to support the new products.
3. Description of assignment
The assignment includes:
Manage and facilitate the delivery of all IT aspects of the project. Manage resources, organization, tasks and dependencies for IT to deliver the new solution. Continuously estimate, follow-up and manage costs/budget for the IT part of the project as well as costs for systems development, integration, deployment and ongoing run costs.
4. Fulfillment of assignment
IT plan and budget estimation for further decisions to execute project
5. Extended outcome
Be a part of the project delivery after successful decision to proceed.
6. Time schedule
Full solution deployment in 2023 ,50/50 remote/onsite
7. Acceptance test
Testing will be a central part of the eventual delivery. Scope and organization to be identified as part of the planning phase.
8. Transfer of knowledge
To Project Team and PN Architects continuously
9. Documentation
As per standard PN project and architecture standards continuously.
Kvalifikationer Kravspecifikation:Education and experience
The qualifications requested for the assignment:
• Experienced in Project Manager roles
• Experience from product management
• Experience from similar projects
• Experience of SAFe and Agile delivery methods
Languages: English, Swedish an advantage
