Description

The client is seeking for a IT project manager. You will manage the people consequences plan, competence development plan and social partner plan for the S2Pi target group Group Procurement, which includes supporting the social partner dialogues happening in the countries due to the BOT/S2Pi implementation.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Project Management experience would be an asset
- Strong knowledge in change management
- Understanding of existing ways of working inside and outside finance and procurement


Preferred personal qualities:

- Ability to facilitate and influence others, creating networks and trustful relationships
- Ability to be pro-active and take initiative, prioritise and delegate with a high level of decisiveness
