Kvalifikationer
- You are an experienced Project Manager with a background managing different kind of successful implementations and rollout projects.
- You have some experience from SAP.
- You still enjoy delivering on an operational level and who has driven successful projects with these components.
- Your (business) English is excellent both verbal and written. Any proficiency in Swedish would be beneficial.

Job Description
Our client is launching a C4C Cloud Sales pilot in Nordics that must support the daily basis activities of Sales Reps and KAM with particular focus on the customer visit executions. They need your help to manage the pilot rollout, throughout the whole project lifecycle that includes planning, staffing and execution together with skilled Business and IT colleagues and external partners.

Leading this project pilot means coordinating their internal resources both business and IT representatives, managing dependencies to other projects/streams and continuously following up on progress and present some scenarios to the decision makers. Your scope will be their business area Europe and you will work with a team of about ~20 people. You will be placed in the European IT Project Management office and report operationally to the portfolio manager of the stream where this project belongs and functionally to the Head of the PMO.


Personal qualities
You have already delivered projects and pre-studies and can build and drive a project team to deliver on time. This requires a relationship building personality and an excellent sense for business and priorities.
You create strong follow-up structures, are good at managing Steering Committee meetings and seek clarity, alignment and clear decisions on how to progress throughout the project. You do not fear transparency and flag any concerns early. You need to be fairly hands-on and, in the details, while able to consolidate and filter information based on context and audience.


Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-12-30, with possibility of extension.
