IT Project Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who is experienced in running complex IT projects and leading an implementation of a system provider together with multiple stakeholders in Finance.

What you'll do:
● Work with project management within the integration of finance platforms, mapping of finance systems and all of the customer's system platforms.
● Act as a role model for good project management in the assigned projects within Information Security, Risk Management and Technical Security.
● Be the single point of contact with INGKA IT, IBM IT and business operation to secure a simple and clear connectivity.
● Make sure that all deliveries are documented and communicated for an easy delivery to BAU teams and Secure User Accesses for all in scope applications.
● Come up with suggestions for adequate login methods that can be quickly introduced into the service and review the whole from user-friendliness, accessibility, cost, and sustainability perspective.
Who you are:
● Have experience in running complex IT projects and leading an implementation of a system provider together with multiple stakeholders in Finance.
● Extensive understanding of critical program/project management techniques and an ability to motivate and lead team members is needed.
● Experience in ensuring that the entire process from a procured system is converted and implemented.
● Understand the whole and the different perspectives in a complex environment and manage several different stakeholders, both internal and external.
● Solid experience of IT projects and service operations and application management.
