Description
As a Project Manager for Fulfill from Store you have Products in Store as your home team, but you will be working and collaborating with several teams in and business stakeholders contributing to its success
Work tasks:
- Hold together the Fulfill from Store capability - a cross-cutting initiative spanning over and impacting many products and business functions - keeping the end-to-end perspective
- Maintain the roadmap for Fulfill from Store, to continuously learn from and develop the solution to maximize business value
- Maintain hypothesis for roll-out and improvements
- Stakeholder management & pro-active participation in the Quarterly Business Review process within Business Tech to secure Fulfill from Store are considered in prioritization with clear business benefits presented
- Maintain and administrate Fulfill from Store Epics in Jira
- Responsible for and taking ownership of the progress of pilot (autumn 2021), upcoming roll-outs and improvements:
- Coordinate the technical delivery between the delivering product teams (ca 20 teams) within Business Tech - secure progress, manage dependencies, synchronize backlogs and activities (with support from System Architects, Test lead and other roles)
- Coordinate the business workstreams involved when establishing this capability in the markets
- Project management (in agile setting) related tasks such as planning, follow-up, risk and dependencies management, communication & change management, stakeholder management
Mandatory competence and experience:
- Microsoft Office
- Jira
- Ability to understand and analyse complex information and share it in effective and powerful communications
- Ability to understand people psychology and to connect to people to encourage new behaviors
- Ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously improve activities in complex, quickly transforming environments
- Fluent in English
