IT Project Manager - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for an IT Project Manager with solid IT competence helping us enabling Global Business Operation in Finance and Procurement enabling Technology stream.

What you'll do:
● Create detailed project plan on IT related deliveries, manage scope, approach and delivery (Ensure that the planned project scope is delivered to the required time, quality and cost as per agreed KPIs).
● Follow up progress and create status reports, alignment & communication with different applications owner in INGKA (reporting on various levels to make sure that project status is transparent to the various boards and management groups).
● Be the single point of contact with INGKA IT to order applications publishing on Citrix or Internet.
● Secure User Accesses for all in scope applications, Integration from SAP systems towards Business Provider tools and systems.
● Act as point of contact with INGKA IT, IBM IT and business operation to secure a simple and clear connectivity.
● Make sure that all deliveries are documented and communicated for an easy delivery to BAU teams.
● Come up with suggestions for adequate login methods that can be quickly introduced into the service and review the whole from user-friendliness, accessibility, cost, and sustainability perspective.
Who you are:
● Prior experience as a IT project lead, Infrastructure and IT solutions (Citrix, SSO, VDI...), and Integration of applications in a complex IT environment.
● Solid experience of IT projects and service operations and application management.
● Technical experience with infrastructure, Citrix, Azure Cloud and single sign on, S4/HANA Finance / Procurement, SAP Solution, agile practices and Integration of applications with SAP systems.
● Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills of English language.
