Vattenfall IT is the internal provider of IT services for the entire Vattenfall Group and supports the organization with business as well as IT relevant knowledge and expertise utilizing the external market and enforcing standardization in order to optimize cost efficiency.
Billing & Contract Customer IT Sweden builds and runs a Billing solution based on SAP IS-U and SAP CRM supporting internal Vattenfall business (Sales, Distribution, Heat and Customer Service). Billing & Contract Customer IT Sweden is now looking a new college.


Are you the IT Project Portfolio Manager we are looking for?
The IT Project Portfolio Manager has traditional project portfolio management responsibilities, but should also be capable of and knowledgeable about how to (manage) work in an agile way. The role includes, but is not limited to, the following activities:
• Handle incoming requests for projects and change assignments related to IT concerning SAP IS-U and SAP CRM and ensure that the process is followed when new projects are initiated
• Act as a single point of contact forresource requests from project start-up throughout implementation
• Balance resource allocation between projects and maintenance activities in close cooperation with the System Manager
• Support IT project managers with release coordination
• Maintain and update the status of ongoing projects and change assignments
• Maintain Kanban boards for follow up on projects, change assignments and corrections
• Ensure continuous improvement of established working methods and project portfolio on a regular basis
• The role also includes leading and / or participating in a number of different meeting forums, e.g. Strategic Governance Forum, IT project forum, CAB and managing activities related to these forums.


Your qualifications as an IT Project Portfolio Manager:
• Generic Project Management skills and ability to drive complex projects
• Experience with leading and managing IT development projects
• Knowledge of and experience with Project Portfolio Management
• Good knowledge of IT governance and stakeholder management
• Good communications skills, both written and spoken
• Experience with industry frameworks and methodologies including ITIL, Waterfall, Agile and SCRUM
• Organizational and analytical skills
• Knowledge of and experience with process mapping, process implementation and continuous improvement
• Experience with O365, Jira and/or similar tools
• Coaching skills


Location: Stockholm


Travels: The position will require some travel between Vattenfall locations


Fixed-term employment: 18 months
