IT Project & Support Specialist

On behalf of the customer who is a major global player, we are looking for a driven consultant.

What´s the role:

Taking a key role within the organization in driving IT projects connected to procurement operations. Your key objectives will be to ensure we have high service level and a proactive approach both internally, externally and globally when different projects enter but also in day to day work. Hence, meeting the needs of our growing business whilst ensuring employee satisfaction and positive contribution to sustainable value creation. You will directly manage the relationship with internal and external stakeholders and provide operational support. The role can contain business travels in Sweden and Denmark.

What does the role involve? What is your responsibilities?

Approximately 50% of your role will be related to proactively drive IT and procurement related projects, tenders and/or expansion. The other 50% of the role will require you to manage end user support such as:

- Invoice approvals

- IT hardware/software implementations

- Combination of 1st and 2nd level support

- Setup of IT equipment for new starters and transfers within the business

- Installation of operating system and applications on PC´s

- Administer SAP and Windows password resets

- Administer Microsoft users using Active Directory and Software distribution tools

- Proactively keeping track of IT stock levels

- Use of Service Now helpdesk system to log all tasks

Desirable personal qualities in addition to competences :

Positive and energetic attitude. Easy to make decisions. Good at communicating both in speech and writing in Swedish and English. Positive and outgoing, enterprising, good at working together. It is important that you want and can take your own initiatives and enjoy working both independently and in teams. Can create structure while focusing on detail issues. Genuine interest in IT and technology
