Description

The client is adopting its ITSM process to Microsoft Evergreen concept. The consultant will facilitate and lead the creation by using things that the client already have together with input from Microsoft Evergreen experts.

The output of the project will be a recommendation of future state and a prioritized backlog list of the activities to get there. The consultant needs to find the right stakeholders, understand the processes that the client is using today, understand GAPs between existing and wanted processes and roles and summarize/visualize the findings and a result.

Mandatory competence and experience:

- 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Project mangement
- Experienced Workshop leader
- Personal Communication skills
- Process development experiences
- Visualization capabilities
- Fluent in Swedish and English


Preferred competence and experience:

- ITIL 4.0
- Microsoft Evergreen knowledge
- ITSM
- Agile
