IT Security Architect
Lynk & Co is seeking an IT Security Architect to support the Business Technology organization to provide secure IT services to Lynk & Co International.
As IT Security Architect you will be responsible for ensuring that adequate security controls are designed, implemented, tested and managed in Lynk & Co applications and software solutions. Daily work includes designing of security architecture, requirement management, security testing, and supporting the organization with risk assessments and technical security-know-how.
Further the IT Security Architect is responsible for the development and implementation of best practice security solutions, DevSecOps processes. This “hands-on” role is an excellent opportunity to make major contributions to a dynamic growing organization and to leverage your experience to improve security resilience for the whole business.
You will functionally report to the Information Security Manager.

The position is mainly based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co International HQ. The position includes responsibility internationally.
What you'll do
- Provide technical security guidance and supervision for development teams and product owners
- Lead and supervise the implementation of security controls in applications
- Manage the development of security architecture and design principles for applications
- Review existing application environment and perform improvements and enhancements
- Perform risk and vulnerability assessments on existing and new applications
- Manage security testing program for existing and new applications
- Manage disaster and recovery procedures
- Support in the development of ISMS and CSMS
- Support with vendor and external applications security screening
- Participate in the development of awareness program
- Participate in the incident management procedures
What you should have
- Knowledge in secure software development
- Knowledge in security engineering
- Knowledge in security assessment and testing
- Knowledge in ISMS and CSMS
To thrive in this role you need to be a driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities, and have excellent communication skills.
You are fluent in English, both oral and written, and have the ability to travel.
