IT Security Architect Enterprise IT Architecture

Job description The Enterprise IT Architecture team within IT Architecture & Program Management is responsible for developing, actively driving and managing the Ericsson IT architecture framework, principles and processes.The team is also responsible for ensuring there is a vision, strategy, model and roadmap for Ericsson's Enterprise IT Architecture, and that they comply with defined Ericsson business requirements and strategies.The key focus during the next couple of years will be on supporting Ericsson business in transitioning from being technology focused to information focused.The Enterprise IT Architecture Team closely cooperates with such groups as our Solution Experts, Information Managers, Service Managers and our external partners.The IT Security Architect will have a key role in the Small Enterprise IT Architecture Team, which currently includes the other key roles of Strategy, Business Architect, Information Architect, Application Architect and Infrastructure Architect. The primary role of the IT Security Architect is to define the architectural parts of the information security solutions with the goal to efficiently address business needs.This position requires an in-depth knowledge of the security aspects of our application landscape, IT solutions and IT infrastructure.The IT Security Architect utilizes a thorough understanding of technology and existing designs in their development of security architecture.The IT Security Architect must be able to work at a technical level at all phases of architectural design and implementation. Responsibilities - Lead the design and construction of architectural security solutions and facilitate the implementation of appropriate security measures in the Ericsson IT environment.- Conduct development, testing and implementation of architectural security plans.- Communicate relevant information and provide technical expertise to management.- Identify regulatory changes that will affect information security and recommend appropriate countermeasures.- Take part in determining causes of security violations and recommend corrective actions in the architecture.- Be part of the implementation of process changes related to information security.Requested competence - A degree in one of the following fields of study: Business, Security, Technology and/or Informatics, System Development.- Minimum 5-10 years' experience in the IS/T area, preferably IT architecture development and support.- Extensive experience in the IT security area related to operating systems, applications and IP communication.- Excellent business and process understanding - supporting the business flow in an R&D-intensive company.- Proven leadership abilities and the ability to inspire - Proven ability to meet commitments - you need to be proactive and have the ability to prioritize and focus.- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.- Positive, with a "can-do" attitude.- Fluent written and spoken English.Your application For this recruitment, we are cooperating with Elan IT ReSource, part of the Manpower group.The selection and interview process is ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as it is ready - do not wait until the cut-off date.
