IT Security Engineer, ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems

As an IT Security Engineer in ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems you will be part of our Security Incident Response Team (SIRT) with technical and proactive security operation work. You will be working in a global organization/department that is dynamic and fast paced, with many possibilities to make a difference and add value to the business. The team members are open and result oriented, always looking out for each other as well as working to reach the goals for the company. Everyone is important to building the success. Security is a high prioritized area for us and we continuously build on this important focus area.

What you will be doing

Your primary mission as part of the Divisional SIRT will be to act on and handle vulnerabilities and intrusions of varied severities, reaching from immediate threats to more preventative actions such as implement & develop our sensor tools in order to monitor the IT infrastructure and thereby fortifying our defenses.

The team focus on the Divisional IT infrastructure, but also work in projects together with similar teams across the divisions, ensuring the continuous strengthening of the IT infrastructure for the whole group.

This position reports to our Divisional IT Infrastructure Manager.

What we are looking for

We think that you have previous experience from working in global enterprise IT departments, and you are used to working on a global level finding the challenges this can have as intriguing. You have documented experience in the IT Security field, and you are passionate about your profession. Experience with Tenable, Windows Server Infrastructure, Microsoft Application Management and Enterprise Networking is meriting. As well as certifications such as CISSP and CEH. Since English is our corporate language we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.
