As an IT Security Engineer, you will join a small security team who work cross functional towards the whole organisation to maintain and further develop RaySearch IT security environment.

Your Responsibilities

Working as an IT Security Engineer, you will be working with our and our customers IT-security capabilities. You will work with the technical protection of information and our security initiatives, where you will work together with your team to gather requirements, design, and implement security measures. You will amongst other things:

• Work with cybersecurity and technical solutions to ensure that efforts modernizing our environment have a high security level
• Organize and lead risk- and incident responses, penetration testing and other security audits
• Evaluate and integrate security products in our environment
• Develop our methods and processes for information security and data protection (based on ISO27001).

The Bigger Picture

You will join our IT security organization consisting of 2 other IT specialists today. You will work with and across several teams as a source of expertise in projects. We have ownership of the entirety of our environment, combined with strong collaborations with IT-security partners. We are currently working following a hybrid model and when we´re not working remotely, we share some great workspaces in our new office in Hagastaden, Stockholm.

Our Expectations

To succeed in the role, we believe you have prior experience of working with security infrastructure and solutions. You have likely worked with both on-prem and cloud solutions. You have knowledge of requirements gathering and analysis of security implementations and documentation. You have also worked with different security policies and standardized frameworks.

Besides the technical aspects, we believe you can take responsibility for your work while at the same time support and coach your colleagues. You are curious of new areas and know the importance of a good teamwork. You communicate well and are solution- as well as goal oriented.
