IT Security Manager

Qliro is on a mission to become the champion of digital consumer finance in the Nordics. Our company was founded in 2014 and we have grown to a team of over 140 people from over 25 different countries, and over 1.7 million unique customers have used our payment products. We see great opportunities ahead in building new innovative financial and payments products, to solve the everyday problems of millions of Nordic consumers. Working with financials, Qliro is a potential target for perpetrators and in order to strengthen our defense we are now recruiting a leader for our defensive forces, the IT Security Manager, You!
You will be working with both defensive strategies as well as hands on implementations of security initiatives. You will be working closely with the IT Operations team and have insights in all development projects. This role reports to the CTO.

- Work with the IT Operations and Development-teams to ensure that the organization keeps IT security in mind in all its activities/processes
- Implement key (IT) requirements coming from CRO, Legal and Compliance
- Develop and oversee the best practices, processes and ways of working throughout the Security Community
- Manage security projects and provide expert guidance on security matters for projects and product owners
- Provide security communication, awareness and training to entire organization
- Handle Pen-tests (and follow up results and implement fixes)
- Provide support and guidance for legal and regulatory compliance efforts, including audit support.
- Work with IT security auditing (e.g. Internal Audits, PCI DSS, FFFS2014:5)
- IT Forensics, investigate security incidents within Qliro's IT landscape and follow ups
- Developing and improving methods for analysis and detection of security threats

We believe you are:
Passionate to drive, explore and understand how things are built and how they break, where theoretical knowledge helps you, and is backed up by practical skills learned and honored beyond what can be taught. You understand and have experience in many technology areas covering IT landscapes. You should be as comfortable discussing software security or firewalls. You have powerful analytic capabilities as well as an ordered and structured approach to problem solving. We believe your profile includes at least:

- At least 4 years experience working with IT Security
- Deep IT security knowledge
- Good ability to communicate to different stakeholders
- Worked with pen-testing
