YOUR CHALLENGE

This is a new role and you have the opportunity to shape it according to your interests and make your own decisions about what should be prioritized. You will lead IT-related issues within the organization and implement strategic projects linked to IT security. Your first task is going to be to complete the ongoing ISO certification. A big part of this role is customer focus and you are responsible for being able to respond to our clients´ security departments.

THE TEAM AND WORK PLACE

At Winningtemp, we work agile. The IT department consists of 30 ambitious and helpful colleagues. You will have many contact areas where you will make demands on the Developers. You have close contact with the CTO and the Sales Director. You will also have dialogues with an external law firm.
You will find our office in central Gothenburg.

ABOUT YOU

To succeed in this role, we see that you have deep knowledge in IT security and have worked with risk management and demandings in the area. Furthermore, you have worked with safety standards such as ISO 27001 or 31000. It is positive if you have certifications in the field of information security such as CISSP and CCSP. It is also an advantage if you have experience of working with security in cloud solutions such as AWS and Azure.
You have experience of working in an agile organization. You are comfortable with large contact areas and you communicate with clarity and thus create an understanding and trust for issues in information security.
