Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior IT Security Specialist within authority to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop, introduce, and enforce IT security requirements to ensure compliance and fulfillment of technical security standards.
Conduct audits and security reviews of hardware, software, and IT architecture, proposing improvement measures to enhance overall security posture.
Support and train teams in implementing IT security requirements in practical settings.
Assist IT operations in selecting appropriate IT security solutions.
Lead, plan, and oversee the implementation of measures to enhance IT security.

What you bring:
Educational Background: A post-secondary education with a technical orientation, such as computer science, IT security, or systems science. Alternative work experience assessed as equivalent .
Continuous Learning: Further education in IT security, demonstrating a commitment to staying updated on industry best practices.
Work Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a role related to infrastructure or IT security.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows, Linux, and network infrastructure, with the ability to assess and address security issues.
Leadership Experience: Previous experience in leading roles, showcasing leadership skills and the ability to drive change.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to articulate thoughts effectively in speech and writing.

Intermediate Skills:
Certification: Certification in the IT security area.
Analytical Skills: Experience in leading and conducting threat and risk analyses.
Standards Compliance: Familiarity with IT security work according to ISO27000 and CIS controls.
Audit Expertise: Experience as a security auditor/penetration tester, demonstrating a hands-on approach to security assessments.
