The Identity and Access Management service area manages the global solutions that enable secure access to Ericsson's information resources and applications.The service area includes systems and services for access control, identity management, authentication and Ericsson's global directories. As IT Service Manager, you will have overall end-to-end responsibility for the services within this service area's scope.End to end means the entire service life cycle, from definition to phase-out.You will also: - Continuously ensure that the service scope and contents meet requirements.- Define and maintain the request-approval workflow for the service.- Ensure an effective decision-making process for escalated supplier issues.- Provide Group IT peers and colleagues with subject-area expertise.- Be the prime Ericsson representative in discussions and negotiations around service scope and functionality with the service providers.Key activities: - Define, manage and monitor the service scope, functionality, KPIs and service levels.- Agreement negotiations in cooperation with Sourcing.- Close cooperation with our IT suppliers.- Financial control. The IT Service Manager works in a team coordinated by a service area manager and is responsible for a subset of the services managed by the service area.Requested competence An academic degree is preferable, in combination with some years of experience working within complex IT environments.Good knowledge of access and identity management solutions and technologies.- Ability to finalize tasks and deliver on time.- Business orientation.- Ability to work both independently and in teams.- We value communication and people management skills, because the role involves extensive communication and interaction with suppliers and Ericsson colleagues around the world.- Understanding of the main issues occurring in an outsourced IT environment is an advantage.- Excellent written and spoken English.Your application For this position, we are working with Elan IT ReSource, part of the Manpower group.The selection and interview process is going on continuously, so please submit your application as soon as it is ready - do not wait until the cut-off date.
