Responsibilities: As the IT-Service Desk Manager for ESAB Europe you will be in charge of developing and running the existing IT-Service Desk whose function is to support our customers 24/7.Your responsibilities will be team management of 4-5 employees with possible recruitment of new staff.You will be a key driving force in our global projects regarding systems and strategies as well as the interface towards the customer in the fulfillment of the Service Desk Service Level Agreements.You will also be involved in setting the demands towards our outsourcing partners. Profile requrements: Except for a high personal motivation and stamina, you have a higher education and a solid experience with knowledge in establishing or running a similar business area with team development and excellent leadership skills.Furthermore you have knowledge in setting budgets and working with quality assurance matters.You also have experience of implementing formal standards for distributed Service Desks in relation to Incident Management, Problem and Change Management.You will be familiar with ITIL and SLA from previous professional experience or work.We believe that you have a previous track record working in a global environment developing internal and external customer relations.As a person you are self motivated and have the commitment to manage and drive the changes needed with strategy, energy and great personal skills.You will report to our European IT Operations Manager based in the U.K. .Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both in verbal and written form..Location: Lindholmen, Gothenburg, Sweden..Travelling: both domestic and internationl travel will occur on occasion Contact & Application: In this recruitment ESAB is working with ELAN IT.To apply please take 5 minutes to register your personal letter & CV on www.elanit.se and connect it to this position.
