IT Service Desk Manager for a client in Stockholm!

In this interesting role you will join our client’s IT team that focuses on creating the next-generation digital customer journey. You will have a lot of autonomy in a fast-paced, cooperative and friendly environment.

Job Assignments

• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement strategies that align with the client’s business objectives and support the overall IT strategy.
• Develop and enforce procedures and policies that govern how the IT service desk operates.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including hotels, vendors, and the IT department).
• Manage the IT service desk budget and allocate resources to ensure the service desk is operating efficiently and effectively.
• Lead and manage a team of IT support agents, ensuring that they are properly equipped and trained.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in IT service management and leverage this knowledge to continuously improve the IT service desk operations.
• Developing team building activities, encourage the team members to actively champion knowledge sharing and foster a positive team culture.
• Monitor and report on service desk performance: track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics and report on them to the senior management.
• Ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Requirements

• You have previously worked in a technical Service Desk.
• You have strong leadership skills and a proven track record as a leader.
• It is important to have strong communication skills.
• Experienced with continuous delivery.
• Experience from modern ways of working/agile.
• A fluent level of English, both written and spoken.

Meritorious
It is a plus if you are fluent in a Scandinavian language.
