As IT Service Lead your main focus will be to make sure to continue deliver high-class and efficient Service and Support to the Business and to look after overall office infrastructure changes. About the role
As IT Service Lead, you are primarily responsible for the day-to-day IT Service and Support Operations in each of our customers 5 office locations. You will lead the global support team function consisting of five IT Support specialists, making sure the team is working efficiently and on the right prioritization, and ensuring that all user requests are documented and handled with care and efficiency. You will also be responsible for office infrastructure changes and equipment/inventory purchases. You will be the primary contact for all global third party vendors.
You will work closely with and report to the Head of IT and be based in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate/support the global IT support team with regular meetings, KPI follow-up/tracking and trainings.
Coordinate and deliver high quality user support and cutting edge office functionality.
Drive, communicate and work to improve adoption and efficiency of IT and business processes/workflows.
Establish and maintain vendor relationships which promote trust and cost effectiveness.
Coordinate hardware and software installations, purchases, and maintenance of a detailed inventory.
Coordinate accurate provisioning of accounts, licenses and hardware.
Coordinate office improvement projects related to IT.
Lead the support team in practice by participating in ticket resolution and follow up.

Independent, creative, proactive and customer focused with proven team leadership experience.
Strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment.
Education in Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Engineering
OSX and Windows advanced knowledge
Experience working with Jira (or other Project Management software)
Google Admin/Apps for Work experience
Proven understanding of network environments.
Proven ability to listen and explain internal IT processes to end users.
Advanced communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience working with Jira Service Desk (or other issue tracking software)
Experience in providing first class IT Service
Proven interest in cutting edge technology enabled business models
Relevant industry experience from a payments/ecommerce/gaming/web start-up
