Wallenius Wilhelmsen IT is supporting their offices and terminals with IT-infrastructure and application services all over the world. Additionally, they have local IT-representatives at several key locations representing the IT Service Management-units with the responsibility to ensure provisioning of local IT-services as per end user needs. In this context the IT Infrastructure and Global Service Management Team supporting approx. 2800+ users at 140+ locations in more than 25 countries. Key element of their global delivery model is quite strong outsourcing strategy utilizing and managing a broad network of support contract vendors and suppliers.

First Reserve are now looking for someone to join our customer’s IT Operations and Service Management team in central Stockholm. The role requires some travel inside and outside Sweden and will report to Service Manager EMEAR.

Job description

Represents provided IT services to Wallenius Wilhelmsen users and is responsible for all IT Service Support and Service Delivery actions taken to ensure they meet business needs and IT requirements for respective offices and services. Key focus of this role within the Global Service Management team will be to ensure high quality end user IT service experience as well as provisioning and coordination of IT-support for end users working at Wallenius offices and terminals. From the ITIL process perspective the IT Service Management Specialist will cover the 3rd line support and will closely work together with end-user, our Global Service Desk and other internal support groups and external vendors.

Responsibilities

Ensure high quality end user IT services for the respective offices in Sweden, Finland, Spain and France. Coordinate local and remote site end user onsite support on all IT-infrastructure and operating environment related issues. Ensure WW IT support process and standard IT operation environment compliancy. Following up on incidents and service requests assigned to the Service Management team from our Global Service Desk GSD.

• All day-to-day IT-support work and on-site management including remote support where required following WWL IT support processes.
• Vendor and consultants management and service quality control.
• Attend regular WWL Service Management Meetings.
• IT-infrastructure support:

• • Computers, Printers, Servers
• • WAN/LAN/Wireless LAN & MESH
• • Cisco IP Phones, Skype for business
• • Mobile devices / Mobile scanner
• • Office 365 applications

• Site IT facility Management.
• Act as IT Service management representative and escalation point.
• General local IT activity coordination and project management.
• Assistance in Regional or Global IT Infrastructure projects for upgrades of HW or SW.
• Backup other IT-colleagues within a distributed international team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a comparable role.
• Strong knowledge in IS&T Service management and ITIL processes and within the general IT Infrastructure (HW/SW).
• Good knowledge in HP server, HP printer environment, Wintel (Windows 10, Windows 2016 server, Microsoft AD).
• Basic knowledge in LAN and WAN (Cisco MERAKI) environments, IP Networks, switching, routing and in unified communications environment (Skype for Business, Cisco).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 collaboration environment and products and mobile devices (iOS, Android).
• Fluent English in speech and writing (working langue).
