Now Paulig is looking for an IT Service Manager to join our development minded IT function!

Responsibilities
We are looking for an IT Service Manager with experience within IT Infrastructure. As IT Service Manager, you will be part of a team that manages the Paulig Group IT infrastructure. Important part of the work is to be involved in the development of IT services for all Paulig Group locations and countries. You will perform development actions as well as changes in our rapidly developing international IT environment.

To be successful in this role we want you to contribute with your experience. You are mainly responsible for both operational and development work in our technical IT infrastructure environment, in collaboration with our IT partners. You will be driving technical questions related to end user computing services which require good knowledge and experience in these areas. This role will also include to act as a project team member responsible for infrastructure implementation in our ongoing and future projects.

Your work tasks include:
Continuous discussion with the IT Workplace area and challenging them
Coordinating the suppliers
Hands on work in the system (Microsoft Intune & Autopilot, Microsoft SCCM or similar tools within the Workplace area)
Budget planning (e.g. correct invoice for suppliers)
Involved in project manager tasks

Qualifications
We believe that you have:
IT infrastructure technical knowledge in different areas
Experience from solutions such as Microsoft Intune & Autopilot, Microsoft SCCM or similar tools within the Workplace area
Experience from Mobile Device Management
Experience in operative supplier management (contracts, service monitoring, SLA)
Working proficiency in English

Nice to have:
ITIL experience and knowledge is appreciated 
Experience from business-critical environments, preferably from manufacturing business
Financial understanding and experience in budget planning and controlling
Project management experience
Other language skills besides English is  a plus, particularly Swedish

The position is permanent, and your location is Mölndal, Sweden. Paulig hybrid work principle flexibly combines working remotely and in the office.

In this role, you report to Niko Essen (Head of IT, Infrastructure and End User Computing) who is in Finland. Your other team members in Infrastructure & EUC team are in different Paulig Group countries.
