Job Description
The IT organization for Nordics (Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland) currently consists of approximately 150 employees who daily project, develop, manage, and support IT services to meet the business's IT needs. With an expanding operation, the expectations are high for IT to grow accordingly, which promises an exciting journey. Are you ready for a new challenge?
The IT&D Functions Nordics department is responsible for managing and further developing the applications that support our cross-functional units (such as Finance, HR, Customs, Procurement, Authorization Management, Global Master Data, etc.) within the cluster. We previously had responsibility for the Swedish parts, but with the new Nordics organization, we are now in the process of taking over the management of several applications from the other countries. Therefore, we now need to recruit two Service Managers who will implement the handover and then be responsible for the management of the applications. The tasks include ongoing contact with our business and suppliers.
Your future assignment involves
* Implementing the take-over of applications from the Nordic countries.
* Being responsible for service delivery in line with established SLAs and budget targets.
* Developing and maintaining Management Plans for the services.
* Establishing and leading service forums with business.
* Leading efforts, in collaboration with the business, to further develop the services.
* Ensuring that the services comply with our security frameworks and SOPs.
* Being the bridge between the business and the supplier.
Qualifications
You have
* Relevant education in IT.
* Experience in a similar role, or a strong drive to take on a Service Manager role.
* Good professional skills in English.
* The ability to work both operational and also strategical.
Preferably you have
* ITIL certification.
* Good professional skills in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish or Finnish.
* Experience working in a global organization.
* Previous experience working with HR, Customs, Finance, or other related applications mentioned above.
* Previous experience with agile methods and work practices.
* Previous technical experience in development, integrations, and general server technology.
