At Business IT, we help E.ON improve internal systems and customer interactions by designing and realizing processes and solutions that focus on self-service and a smooth experience. We use a variety of technologies and are in the middle of our journey towards DevOps and cloudification.


As IT Service owner you have an important role in ensuring the life cycle management in our projects. You work closely with our architects, product owners and development teams to follow up costs, budgets and ensure efficient way of working. You will also work with resource planning for the development teams and in case of audits have the overall responsibility, to ensure that audits are planned into the work and carried out according to plan. This includes tasks such as:

•    Secure application support and support agreements (with vendors)
•    IT asset handling and registration
•    Sourcing of externals, on- and offboarding
•    Legal compliance for applications (e.g. GDPR)
•    Policy & standard compliant and take measures on findings
•    Continuous improvements including upgrades and patches


The role is located in Malmö.

To be successful in the role it’s important that you have experience in software development and has worked in a similar role, perhaps as an IT project manager, product owner or application manager. We believe that you have experience of budget responsibility or IT-controlling and working with agile principles. We believe you have a relevant educational background within IT and that you are proficient in Swedish and English, both speaking and writing.

You are communicative and see the whole picture but are also detail -oriented. We also expect you to be a strong devotee to quality who takes pride in providing a well-functioning environment to colleagues within Business IT. Finally, we are confident that you enjoy working together as a team!
