What will you do
As Service Owner for our Collaboration services working within Vattenfall IT, you are end-to-end responsible for the service catering to all of your Vattenfall colleagues in all countries. You will be in frequent contact with representatives of several business areas to be able to determine the quality of the current service and to align the requirements for its future development. You will of course lead reviews of the service using continuous service improvement processes, providing a clear and aligned service roadmap and set the strategy based on business requirement and market trends to deliver a stable, secure and innovative service for all Vattenfall employees.
Some responsibilities:
Drive service development and improvements over time in collaboration with technical experts and business representatives
Ensure that all service models and service solutions designs are aligned to strategic architectural, governance and other corporate requirements
Ensure efficient and transparent financial management of the service in terms of pricing, volume and charge out
Ensure that improvement initiatives identified in service reviews are acted on and progress reports are regularly provided to key stakeholders
Act as escalation gateway from and towards the business units
Communicate and represent the collaboration service offer towards employees of Vattenfall

A relevant Bachelor's degree
10 years of experience in IT
5 years of experience in Project Management or similar experience with strong customer focus
Detailed knowledge about various collaboration technologies and related knowledge of licensing and full lifecycle management (upgrades and large scale roll-outs)
Experience in virtualization, storage, mail and new ways of digital collaboration and experiences
Ability to design and deliver information and presentations to all levels of an organization
Strong financial management knowledge to monitor and manage technology services expenditure
Experience in shaping, delivering and improving service design, transition and delivery
Fluent in written and spoken English
These experiences will also help you to become successful:
Leadership experience in a similar role or other relevant experience
Knowledge & proven experience in existing ITSM frameworks and related processes (e.g. ITIL, ISO 20000)
Good understanding of Microsoft products and solutions and their utilization
A strong ability to bridge communications between the IT organization and its business customers
A quality- and customer driven mindset enriched with the curiosity to explore new technologies
An ability to orchestrate between functions such as architecture, security and delivery organizations in relation to service design, transition and delivery
An ability to build and maintain trustful working relationships to stakeholders, peers, external partners and Vattenfall colleagues
