IT Service Responsible, IKEA IMS

IKEA IMS has expanded over the years and we have some exciting years to come! With the growth agenda of IKEA ahead of us, we continuously develop our business and people. We are now looking for an IT Service Responsible who wants to team up with us, realise our ambitions and take the next step into the future!

As IT Service Responsible some of your responsibilities are to handle 2nd/3rd level IT user support, application- and life cycle management, optimizing system availability, capacity and service continuity of our running services. You will be working closely together with people within our organisation and with our internal and external IT suppliers. You will be responsible for follow up of deliveries, agreements and costs and take full responsibility for the technical product documentation.

You will have the opportunity to work as a technical expert in exciting enhancement, activities and projects connected to your IT Service portfolio. You have the responsibility to secure that IT always is seen as an enabler and that our IT services add business value in a cost efficient and sustainable way.

You have at least 5 years of work experience in the area, preferably from an international environment. Furthermore you have a university degree in IT or System Development. As a person you possess deep technical knowledge of systems, databases, infrastructure and system integration. You also have proven experience from working with IT support and life cycle-/application management. You have a broad experience from working with IT from a business development perspective. Naturally you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.

To be successful in this role you need to be a team player with a business mind and know the importance of building relations with both internal partners and vendors.
We offer you a fun, dynamic and challenging position in a global organisation. You will report to the IKEA IMS IT Manager. This full-time position is located in Älmhult or Malmö, but requires presence in the Älmhult office 2-3 days a week in general and requires some travelling to areas where IKEA has presence also outside of Sweden.
