We are expanding our IT – Team in our Business Unit South-East Europe and Nordics (SEN) and are looking forward to welcoming a new colleague, who is flexible, likes to work in a team and shows engagement. Therefore we search for a new colleague to fill this newly created position in Lindome
With a global presence in more than 40 countries and more than 150 years of grown know-how we execute challenging geotechnical projects. We are the specialists for geotechnical solutions – worldwide.
Your tasks:
You take responsibility for solving user requests and fix technical problems especially in the area of MS Windows and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Daily routines in the area of helpdesk management, documentation, escalation
You support all topics in terms of equipment (printers, mobile phones, network….)
Collaboration in the EMEA Support Team
Your profile:
Completed degree (i.e. IT-apprenticeship, technical high school etc.)
Capability to analyze and solve problems on your own
In-depth knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office (User support)
Good knowledge of IT hardware and network know-how
You are fluent in Swedish and have a good level of English (spoken and written; further language skills of the SEN-region are appreciated i.e. German – preferable, Norwegian)
Multitasking is not new to you
Enthusiasm to learn new things
Willingness to travel to remote offices (from time to time)
