IT Solution Analyst

We are looking for a IT Solution Analyst for our customer Husqvarna. You will be part of a global company where will you provide expertise and support for a domain (Hardware/Infrastructure/Application) and play an important part in all domain related aspects of designing, testing, operating and improving IT services. You will also act as an technical advisor with regards to the managed Global IT Business Service. The mission will start in February and continues for 11 months.

Arbetsuppgifter

Main tasks and responsibilites:

- Collaboration with IT Service Mangers, IT Analyst, IT Technology Managers and Delivery teams to provide domain expertise & recommendations when formulating requirements into technical specifications within the domain.
- Advise and approve design proposals and projects from a domain point of view
- Advise and assist in creating technical requirement specifications to supplier and approve/decline technical specifications from suppliers
- Proactive work, suggest new areas and/or functionality within the domain.
- Suggest functionality not used today. Ensure to support simplification, optimization of hardware, infrastructure and application optimization.
- Keep updated and develop knowledge in responsible domain.
- In areas not covered by the responsibility of a Technology Manager, sign off for Service Introduction from projects within the specified technology domain.
- Approve change requests (incl proposals & detailed design) and change releases from an application solution/architecture point of view
- Support Service Manager to maintain good level of knowledge for super users & participate when requested by SM in super user forum within Husqvarna.
- Responsible to act as an advisor for problem investigations and complex incident resolution within the domain.
- Responsible to contribute and give feedback to get an updated solution documentation. Ensure relevant documentation are in-line with guidelines and templates and stored in a common place with defined structure. Ensure relevant documentation are continuously updated.
- Participate in pre-studies, projects and change activities.
- Collaborate with IT Asset manager when license impact or performance increase identified. Understanding in how the solution impact on licensing as well as hardware and Infrastructure services.
- Support of cross platform solution architecture

Utbildning/erfarenhet

Required qualifications are documented experience working in IT and experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution. It is also an advantage if you have experience from off-shore deliveries.

To succeed in your role as IT Solution Analyst you should be able to work well within a team but also independently. A positive mindset, good communication skills and service oriented with customers will help you reach good results. You have an ability to work in a multicultural environment, ability to organise multiple tasks, structure, plan and get things done.
